We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring ongoing care of our team. Human Resources Manager is responsible for obtaining and maintaining talent so that the business is positioned for growth, while creating a positive work environment. Human Resources Manager is in ongoing contact with the restaurant leadership team and reports directly to the Executive Director.
Position Type: Full-time, 38-42 hours per week, varying shifts. Requires Open Availability.
Pay Type: $40,000-$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Significant experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
Intuition and discernment -- able to sense if a candidate will be a good fit and navigate disciplinary conversations with team members.
Confidentiality with team members’ personal information and business matters
Strong computer competency
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
HR Certifications (preferred)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain job postings and sponsorships as the needs of the business change
Oversee the hiring team (responsible for screening applicants and first interviews)
Complete all final interviews and extend offers to eligible candidates
Complete all onboarding paperwork and reporting to local government agencies
Assist in orientation process
Oversee and monitor all disciplinary actions and reports
Create systems to receive regular feedback from the team and report results to executive team
Create systems for team members to receive regular (quarterly) feedback from their direct supervisor
Leads a team member care & engagement team with the purpose of winning the hearts of our team through intentional care.
